Location very strategic, a walking distance to Permaisuri Mall, local street food vendor. Room size and cleanliness is very impressive. Receptionist are highly customer oriented. Room is fully furnished with basic amenities. Bed are comfortable. Good lighting on the hallway , emergency exit/staircase are well lit and no unwanted hidden items.

the staff was very friendly and helpful! love how its close to almost anything and its quite peaceful in the mornings and many breakfast choices as theres alot of cafes nearby, including pharmacies the mall and even a dobi nearby too.

Location was great as it is located exactly at the city center. Lots of restaurant/stalls available to go and grab foods. Staff was very friendly too. Felt very welcomed when we checked in at the counter
